It was a year ago this horrid events took place, and I'm not too far from the Twin Towers. Only 65 miles. I remember hearing about it in my car radio. At first, I thought it was a plane accident. But when the second plane hit the other tower, it was no accident. Then the Pentagon, and another plane suppose for D.C.
but went down in PA.

I felt we were under seige. And here in the STATE of NJ, where I live since my birth year of 1965, was under a terrorist watch as well. I didn't worry much about it. One thing is for sure. I'll never get to see the towers fron the NJ Turnpike anymore. NYC looked rather bare without them magnificant building I grew to adore. I was mad as ever.

I know life had to go on, and so I am going on. Herein the good ol U.S. of A. I have my freedom. My independance. And no one will stop it.

We will stand strong
We will not give in
And we will prevail.

No Democrats
No Republicans
Just one.
