I'm guessing further development of this game in the form of episodes IV-VI will depends on sales and licensing more than people asking for it.

Episode IV's ship scene is the Death Star.
Episode V's ship scene would be Hoth.
Episode VI's ship scene would be the speeder bikes.

I would totally want a hoth level, but it shouldn't be on a rail. You should be able to take out the AT-AT's..... Lego Ewoks?
