At my wits end in "Fletchers Final Mistake"

Let me explian it like this. My lock picks and other tools are in the wepons safe in my house. To get them I need the key that accidently got switched by the wepon smith and is in the hands of the City Watch Captin. I have an idea of were his wepons locker is but can't open it to see whats in there.( I thought it was the obvious stone plate at the end of the dead end hallway on the other side of the jial.) I got the key form the wepon smith but can't find a use for it. Can someone please tell me what to do?

Try looking higher.

There's a small switch in a high corner of a wall near the safe. Oh, and your supposed to leave to key from the weaponsmith in the safe in place of Garrett's key.

It's those damn tiny hidden switches. Who's the dummy who designed this thing.
