a few questions about the land battles:

1) what does experience effect? is it rate of fire, or damage, or morale? or what exactly?

2) when units get tired, do they ever recover? is their rate of recovery (if any) affected by experience? does terrain affect tiredness at all

3)iWhat is the actual effect of tired units? poor accuracy?

4)what do the cions above units mean, the boots and the telescope? or am i missing something here?

Cheers. Great game. looking accross the river and seeing the light flashes of enemy guns is awesome. Is there a delay between the flash and the sound? if not, there should be, would add to the realism :D

1. Means there more experienced in combat , so have better morale , more accurate fire and stuff .

2. Yes terrain affects tiredness . Going uphill will tire your troops faster , just as making your units run will tire them faster . No they don't recover tiredness . You gotta think of them like human beings .

3. Poor accuracy , less effective in combat in general and are alot more likely to rout .

4. Can't remember

Hmm I guess they're in the manual (perhaps the one on the disc), if not you can try a search in this forum they're posted here somewhere.

There is a manual on disc 1 in .pdf format. Check page 60 and 61 of it.

How come people are talking about multiple disks. I thought this game was all on one DVD, or are there multiple CD versions too? I just have the one DVD disk.
