men of courage.fourth stage at the end but stuck. help please

am stuck on the fourth stage in men of courage, where the submarine is in the snow. i have killed everyone, and got my two men in the plane, but the sailors and the other men are not escaping, where in the submarine i have to go i dont no. the only thing left on the script is the fact that they have to escape. but they are just not going, i have followed the arrow but it just leads to one point, which is where everyone is waiting, is there something else i have got to do eg select the captian or something?

Check if you've done the following: completed all the objectives; Spy or GB
must have the Enigma Machine (give to one of them all 3 pieces of the enigma
machine, do not give to one of them 2 pieces and the other 1 or it won't
work); you rescued all sailors and the captain (they are in separate
locations), didn't forget any sailor on the way (they seem to have problem climbing ladders and such, sometimes) and eliminated all enemies in the sub.
The cannons on the destroyer are disabled by placing the explosives in the destroyer under the guns (the round cog like things).

is the enigma in three seperat pieces, because i have got three clogs but only take one slot in the inventory, and some papers and the actual type writing machine something like that. those three parts, is that right? and i rescued the sailors only in one area, and the script has ticked it off. but i will try looking again. i have rescued the other men, they were all in seperate areas. thank anyway.

i am not sure if i have killed all the enemies in the submarine, because i can still see two red dots on the map in our sunmarine, but i cannot find them, i have killed them on the top floors and the middle is there a bottom floor as well?

Those two red dots represent the anti aircraft guns on top of the submarine. Took me some time to find that out too. :)
