I like "Spanking New" way better than other descriptives used lately. :D

That last snowy screenshot reminds me of Terry Sheridan's remote prison in CoL...

My appreciation for Eidos and CD grows greater with each new series of screenshots and added trailer. I must admit I had begun to feel Lara was truly lost to gamers, but now I feel a surge of hope (and the delightful shivers that should always come with the anticipation of explorating a new TR game). So far, this game is giving all the right anticipatory vibes (at least for me) - has me looking forward to killing everything so that I can wander about and oggle the maps without fear.

I totally agree. If I had any doubts, they are long gone!!!

I have also noticed how similar they look. They are also other things that are taken straight out of the movie, like how Lara reloads her guns now(I love it!). :)

Nicely chosen! :D
Hmmm, is that new reloading technique in one of the trailers? I have seen the first but didn't spot it if it was... the second I am still trying to coax my dialup into downloading. (broadband at work does not want to play). ;) :)

I'm really getting tired of this crap... I have the right to use the word exclusive if I want when it really is an exclusive. And YES, it was an exclusive... as far as I know, TRComm was the first TR site to have it. I don't think mocking other forum members really helps things... now does it?

It's not crap. I was stating my preference. Pure and simple. I was not mocking, that is my usual playful tone. I wish people would understand that. Besides, "spanking new" is so much more playful and fun, isn't it. :D
Now, as to the "first site to have" stuff. My official statement is this: One can be proud of something one makes, or does themselves, not of something one posts first about what someone else did. That's just nonsense. I've never had any respect for amulance chasing "journalism" or "paparazzi" or the "town gossip" so the need to race to get the goods "first" is lost on me. News is about the facts, not about the reporter.
As for "exclusive", it is only really appropriate in these cases when the information comes direct from the horse's mouth, and to no-one else. It is virtually ;) impossible for anything to be exclusive on the internet. :D
Trinity34, please don't jump to conclusions about my intentions next time. :)
