is there an editor?

hi, i have been through deus Ex 10 times and i never get tired of it.

i was just wondering to myself while in hong kong (in the game) is there a editor for it? like thief 1 and 2 has DromeED (i make my own missions on thief) But i was just curious...i have heard that it is UnrealED that deus ex uses, is this true? if so, could someone point me to a web where i could get it?

p.s plz dont give me a link to that file website where you have to suscribe, because you have to pay and i live in UK
