If I remember correctly, you dodge turrels blasts, and when he uses one of the cymbals round the side of the room with a telekentic attack, you use raziels telekentic attack, or hit it, and that causes him damage.

I've got exams on the brain at the moment though so I might have got mixed up. There should be a gameplay help thread arround somewhere.
