Can you believe this? Why would anyone need this, unless they don't have a dialing finger? And if you shake the phone twice, it hangs up! Besides, can't you just see a lot of wrong numbers? "Hello. This is 911, what is your emergency?" :)

Overheard sometime in 2006, assuming this idea gets that far:

"Excuse me, sir? Are you all right? Is there a bee on you? Or did you just walk into a spiderweb? Epilepsy perhaps?"
"Oh, no, I'm fine, I'm just hanging up my last phone call and dialing a new number."
"Er, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but you're actually just shaking your fist wildly and wiggling your fingers in front of your phone. Do you need me to call someone? Maybe...a psychiatrist?"
"I make phone calls by waving my hands. No, really, it's true! Stop looking at me like that!"

And BTW, this link's page didn't display correctly with Netscape, but it did with IE.

You know, I can't tell you how many people I look at and think... "Crazy person or cell phone with ear piece". This will just make things more interesting :)

I'm too lazy to wonder, I just assume they are all escaped loonies. :p

Don't you have to be crazy to spend all your time on the cellphone anyhow? Kinda makes it a moot point...

Actually, I have neighbors who cut down on expenses by throwing out the traditional phone and using only cell phones. They even save on long distance calls, which are included in their monthly bill, which, BTW, is still less than a traditional phone.
