When is a headshot not a headshot?

I finished the third level of Contracts last night, my overall rating is Professional, I got SA on lvl 1, professional on 2 and expert(?) on 3, I generally go for headshots from close range, but I notice that the summary at the end of the level has lower headshot counts than I think it should. Is this a bug or is there something else that determines what is a headshot?

Doubt it. If its really less often near the end of levels it should just be a coincedence. What you should notice the most is that the middle of your crosshair is not what you hit. Your crosshair in general is pretty much yer scope of fire. You aren't super precise, but yer pretty damn good. Now perhaps you should aim higher because you might be hitting the neck (which isnt a head shot) or something but i dont think its a bug.
