Can anyone help, I’ve asked this question before and have just asked on another forum. But I'll ask here too.
I’m looking for a PC game I’ll enjoy, I’m not much a of a gamer, the Tomb Raider games are about the only games I've really liked, and I've played them all.
Last time I asked this question American McGee's Alice was mentioned which I really liked. Starship Titanic and Discworld Noir I quite enjoyed too.
Other games I've liked are Super Mario Land/Wario Land (Gameboy), The Legend Of Zelda: Link Awakening (on the Gameboy), I did start The Legend Of Zelda: Octarna of Time but it was on the Nintendo64 and I rather the PC.
The Curse of Monkey Island and Grim Fandango, were Ok, but not what I’d really like. Myst, again was Ok, I did start Myst Exile but couldn't get into it.
Half life I had a go at but didn't like, and Thief I don't think is me either, GTA, X-Wing alliance I don’t care for either.
I’d prefere something fairly new, something with a bit of action and adventure, nothing too voilent, and a plot. The Indiana Jones games I’ve stayed away from from what I’ve heard they’re a crap version of Tomb Raider.
So that’s the general idea of games I like and haven’t liked, so is there a game anyone thinks I might enjoy?.
Here are some I’m thinking about:- Prince of Persia - The Sands of Time, Escape from Monkey Island ,The Longest Journey and Atlantis Evolution. But I’d like some other sugestions.
Thanks for the help.

Have you played the multitude of excellent TR custom levels that are out there? some have even surpassed the greatness of Core Designs own levels. http://www.trle.net is the place to find all these goodies, although at the moment the webmaster is overhauling the site so it won't be available for a few days.

These are the games I'd recommend
The Longest Journey
Syberia
Syberia 11
Broken Sword 3 The Sleeping Dragon

Beyond Good and Evil, it's a mixture between Zelda, Metroid Prime, Metal Gear Solid and a lot of other games. It's a great game, just finished second time through. It has the action and a great plot. Really a recommendation!

I would have to agree with you on The Longest Journey. That was THE BEST game I had ever had the chance to play. Even if it was point and click: it had the most well developed story, great characters, and very good voice actors. Man I want the sequel.

You seem to have sampled a pretty good cross section of the games out there, but I don't see any the the major RPGs on your list. They are like any genre of game - you either like them, or you don't. The Diablo or Warcraft games might be good ones to try. I'm not much of an RPG guy, but Diablo had me hooked for a year.
Of the games you mentioned thinking about getting in the future, your fondness for Tombraider would suggest to me that P.O.P. might be a good choice - It's visually gorgeous, and I've heard nothing but great things about the gameplay.

ooooo I love RPG!! Try Final Fantasy X - also visually gorgeous, wont disappoint. ;)
Maybe you could also try BloodRayne, Rayne is half vampire, half human - a dhamphir! She rocks, the new game is out and there is a download available - here ;) (http://www.bloodrayne2.com/downloads.php) Should you wish to try before you buy!! :D

I thoroughly enjoyed 'Indiana Jones & The Infernal Machine' and would recommend it. Haven't played 'Emperor's Tomb' as yet - need to update my graphics card  - but I'll second dhama's suggestion, the TR custom levels are excellent, I've been playing them all year, and even better, they're FREE ;)

4 WORDS: METROID PRIME 2 ECHOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D This game is off the freaking charts. As good as Metroid Prime was, this is even better. Some of the best graphics I've seen in a video game. The huge environments are highly detailed and look gorgeous.
DEFINITLEY play the new Prince of Persia: Warrior Within (and Sands of Time as well). Like Metroid Prime 2, Warrior Within has some of the best graphics out there. I just started playing this today (for several hours) and will no doubt be playing it (and Metroid) as much as I can in the weeks to come.

I second the recomendation for Infernal Machine. It may not be quite as good as some of the earlier TR titles, but it's definitley worth a try. Emperor's Tomb is pretty good but I'd suggest trying Infernal Machine first.
Other games you should check out:
-Galleon
-Project Eden
-Legend of Zelda Wind Waker (that is a no brainer)

Aside from Dhama's most excellent suggestion of the plethora
of great Tomb Raider custom levels out there...
I found Star Trek Deep Space 9: The Fallen to be a really good game.
And very similar in nature to Tomb Raider in that there are myriad places
to explore, plenty of enemies, problem solving and things to find.
It's a third person game and you can play as Worf, Captain Sisco,
or Major Kira. The game is totally different for each character.

Tomb Raider is a 3D version of the original 2D Prince of Persia series. Flash forward ten years and "Prince of Persia - The Sands of Time" comes out.... in 3D. IT IS EXCELLENT.
There is a newly released version that came out a week ago, but I'm not up on that yet. I'll get it after the holidays.
It has a lot of the same gaming dynamics as TR. Exploration... Figuring how to traverse from point A to point B... And instead of guns there are swords.
"Sands of Time" should be on bargain bins now and can be picked up REAL cheap.
