How do I use the R&R pass?

I buy the pass talk to the Vietnamese lady but all she tells me is she's busy. I try to talk to the guy at the gate but no luck there.

Don't you just have to approach the gate and try to open it. Soryr, I don't remember the exact steps, but give that a shot and see if it works.

You have to buy the R&R Pass from Duece. He's in front of a huge tent near the chopper. Buy it and go to the gate, the MP will open it for you.
