Well Guys,

If you've read any of my other posts, you'll see that they in General have been to the effect that stuff happens and that everybody should calm down ect.......Well its been 3 weeks since I returned my defective product to Eidos..(Shellshock)....And I am still waiting for my replacement...Customer Service was no help!! The gereric we are shipping this week and next was all I got from them....So I guess this is directed at Jebus or any one else who might be able to answer....Any Ideas WHEN I can REALLY expect to recieve my disk? Should I just buy another one, and return this when it does finally show up? And if I do.....are all the buggy units out of the system and off the shelves? Again, not trying to throw gas on the fire......But enough is enough....

Thanks,

Hooligan

Was the disk defective, or are you swapping it out for the CD-Rom version of the game? As I have said many many times, there is a backlog of mail right now. There is only 1 person handling all tech support returns and defective disks, and it takes time.

Remember, defective disk returns can take 4 to 6 weeks to process due to the time of year. I apologize for the inconvenience, but there is nothing else I can do to expedite your return. :(

Hey Jebus,

Thanks for the responce...The Disk (CD) was defective...I guess at this point, the waiting game is the way to go..It's been almost a month at this point I think....Do you think the defective disk's are out of the system? I really want to drive this one around, just don't want to get in the same boat again....At any rate, thanks again.....Take Care.
