Finding sophia saks and Pilots sids jet?

Hi,
I can't figure out how to do this at the start of the game. I've gone to the helipad and hangar and killed all the guards and bots and I've found the jet, but where's this sophia saks *****? I can't find her anywhere so i can't finish the goal. what do i have to do to release the jet?

If you've killed all the guards and bots at the helipad, you might have accidentally killed her already. Her office is in the building connected to the helipad (did you play the demo?) and she should have a short conversation with you the first time you see her.

Or if you have killed her, just go to the Greasel Pit Bar. Sid Black should be inside talking to a woman. You can tell him you eliminated all of the guards. He'll go there and you can take his plane to the next stage. His plane costs 500 credits so you may have to do some betting on the greasels.
