Windows XP and Thief: DS

is there ANY way i can get Thief 3 to work on a non admin account on windows XP?

im not admin on my home network but it installed on my account. do you not have rights to install the game or is it crashing during install. if you want to install the game and jsut dont have rights ask the admin to give you install rights. its not that hard.
