T3 starts in a window

The games starts in a window causing the screen to be pushed down and so i loose the bottom of the picture. I have tried playing with the options for the shortcut, but this doesn't seem to help. The game started normally first time, but now it always does this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling T3 to no avail. Also tried reinstalling DirectX 9.0b, but still nothing. My graphics card is a Nvidia Ti 4600 and all minimum soecs are met. Anyone got any ideas on whats going on?
