Yes, photos are a big plus, or at least some new information.... Anything EIDOS! Anything! :D
Well, I heard Eidos has a TR meeting in germany a couple months ago where someone took notes on what fans liked/hated about Angel of Darkness.
I heard this at tombraidergirl.com and the site also claims that Eidos will release information soon and might even release the game this coming winter! Don't know if its true, but I sure hope it is.

Those fans better not have told Eidos to discontinue the AOD plot, or they're going to find a very angry wolf at their doorstep...

Wallpapers of the Adam Hughes comic covers would be fantastic.
I'm thinking that the Eidos people meeting with the fans in Germany may have been at the TRLE meet & Greet, where reps from Eidos were invited and came to the meet and greet.
You can find out more here (http://www.tr-resurrection.de/mprager/boardpower.cgi).

I would love to see some concept art or early renders from the new TR title.
It has now been over a year since my last proper Tomb Raider fix.

Oooooooooo Blue Skies you poor thing! Why not download one of the many custom levels that are out there, some of them are fantastic. A year is far too long to go without a fix dear! ;)

I've have tried a couple and they are very good.
But..............it is not quite the same.
Then again, I am more of a living room console gamer (with a large Widescreen TV).
I want a new story with beautiful cut scenes, awe inspiring music, drop dead gorgeous next gen graphics, total Tomb Raiding immersion bliss :)
One thing I really missed in AOD was the old TR control approach.
You could put Lara anywhere.
I loved the fact that you could bounce around (back flip, side flip, back flip) firing twin Uzi's as you go :D
I loved the control scheme so much that I would end up doing stupid things like taking a long running jump, pull out the guns in mid air and then put them away just in time before grabbing a ledge with my finger tips. Why....................................because I could
You always felt in control. Back flip with a twist and grab anyone????????
Try that in modern 3rd person games.....no flippin chance.

I hear what you are saying, I too prefer to play on console, nothing like the bigger screen. AoD just didn't hit the spot completely for me, so I can't wait to see what Crystal Dynamics are going to come up with in Tomb Raider 7. Flip and fire with uzis was my ultimate fave too, took down many a monster with those moves. Those moves are available in some of the custom levels too! ;) I have to admit, once I got to grips, literally, with the controls on AoD I managed a lot better than in the beginning. But I do agree, she was easier to control in the earlier games in the series. Looking forward to TR7 - bring it on - quick!!!!! :D

I'd actually prefer them to take as much time as they need - I just want a solid TR game to play! AoD, was good, but didn't come close to TRs 1-5, I want high quality next-gen Lara Croft, whether she's in tombs or back in the VCI buildings I don't care.
Although having her in both locations would be nice....

In the end it all boils down to curiosity. I admit it. Yes, I am curious. I would really, really like to have a few breadcrumbs of "official" information about the work which hopefully is in progress. Something. Anything. Just a tad more than what we have been given until now – which is nothing, zero, rien, niente, nix, nada :( . Obviously, as soon as I get something I'll want more :o. But since wanting something not automatically leads to getting it, I don't feel guilty – not at all :D.
The situation is quite simple, IMO: If EIDOS doesn't distribute any information they a) don't want to or b) don't have any. Personally I prefer thinking of EIDOS as beeing obsessed by secrecy :D.
Oh – and please don't sing the "let them work - let them take as much time as it needs – it's finished when it's finished" mantra to me. Nobody seriously thinks the work on the project can be influenced by "fans". Or does anybody? :D

*LM starts singing..............................let them work, let them take as much time as they need, it's finished when it's finished!!!! :p Seriously, though I mean it!

Might it be that some prefer not to ask bc the answer might be negative, something they rather prefer not to hear? On the lines of: it might be ugly, let's look away in any case? Just checkin' ... ;)

Well said Deckard (re: leave them be).
If I had to choose between a bad TR released in one year from now or a great one released in five years then I would be well up for a five year wait.......
However, if I could see snippets today from a GREAT TR game released in one year.......then bring it on!!!!!!!
I must admit that I am very keen to get hold of some TR 7 news nuggets sooner rather than later :)
Still, reading all of the unofficial rumours is better than nothing.
It at least keeps the whole thing alive.
I am just glad that a TR 7 is slowly marching (crawling) towards us :D

I'm not quite sure about all other ... items ... but the face is definitely NOT Ms. Croft's. Since it's not A. Jolie either, I'm quite at a loss ... who is it? Where does she live? What's her number? Does she like cats? :D :D :D
