I've just recently bought and installed Invisible War, and patched it. But when I try to start it, I get the message:

Flesh failed to initialize!
Please check that you:
1. Have a supported video card
2. Have current video drivers
3. Have all required shader files
4. Have all required texture files

As for 1, I have a NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64.
For 2, I've installed DirectX 9.0
Thus, I suppose the problem lies with 3 or 4, but I don't understand them nor how to react to them.

I don't know if this will help but, in addition to the otherthing I get, I also get this.

You gotta be taking the pi$$!

A RIVA TNT 2?!? That was barely enough to play DX1!

Time to update your card (acutally, it was time 4 years ago, but there you go)

You need a card that supports a minimum of pixel shader 1.1 (GeForce 3 or radeon 8500 or better)

Or to put it another way: Your card does not have a supported chipset as listed in the system requirements.

LOL!:D Yes indeed, that's a better way of saying it! I was just so shocked! A TNT 2? Have not even seen one of them for years!

I'm not sure it's as simple as his graphics card is old, there seem to be a lot of people (including myself) who are getting the same error message making it impossible to even get to the first menu in the game.

Get a better graphic card and re-setup the game.
