I got FF VII for PC with Windows ME but when I start the game it goes blank then back to the desktop, I got the TNT / Riva Patch and tried to uninstall then reinstall again here is my system spects

Windows ME
P III, 1.0GHz
Asus TUV4X motherboard
256MB / Ram
60GB hard drive
Plextor plex right pro CD-RW 52x32x52

I got a Gefore 4, MX440 video card, well its really an Asus v8170 DDR, but it uses the Geforce chip set

Don't check "nvidia" and "tnt" when setting ff7config1.02.

Because nvidia's new driver supports 8-bit paletted texturing, checking those options will make your system hang.

If you get bad layering problems, and you might with the newer drivers. There is a fix for it...... you have to paste and cut that stuff into Rivatuner, and then select one of the new ff ones, on the list,

ff0d is what works with mine, Geforce FX5900xt.
