Objectives - HAG -

I have completed all the missions in the cradle - only the HAG mission #1 is still incomplete and it will not allow me to exit the level. I cannot go to the window as I have yet to finish. I have been everywhere avoiding the staff and all the notes I read I have read already. QUESTION why can I not complete that objective as I have done all the others. Please I hope it is not a BUG. What am I missing - what do i need to complete objective 1 -?

You need to find information on the hag. Remember where you found the diary? Info on the hag can be found in the same room, near the diary. Check the podium at the end of the room, there should be a letter which you can read. Remember to avoid the staff member who is patrolling the room. You have to be in the Cradle memory to find the info.
