Cell 5. Garrett will comment on the craftsmenship of the wall. Walk up to it, and frob the stones to reveal the nightgown behind it.

I don't recall exactly where, but I remember that it was hidden...

Or, if you want a detailed description:
behind a wall which had been bricked back up...you will be able to see that the bricks are not exactly matching, and they will highlight, plus Garret will provide a voice indication that something is special about the wall...remove the bricks and the nightgown can be obtained.
