Orland's room in the keeper council?

i got the keeper ring and knocked out every person in the place but i can't figure out where to use the ring and how to get into his room :confused:

I just picked the lock and went in through the door.

there are 2 ways to get into his room. One way is to go into the eating area, go upstairs and around the walkway. There is a small key hole on the long part of the wall up there..just look for it. You can also go up the stairs in the dormitory area..i think..it's the area you're in before you go into Artemus's room. Just go upstairs in there and look for the key hole on the long part of the wall. Hope this helps.
