HELP: Keeper's library secret tunnel

Hello,
I cant find the secret tunnel to the Keeper's library. I just finished the time tower mission and i met the keepers who told me about the secret tunnel in the stonemarket plaza.

You need to go back into the Keeper Library and sneak into Orland's office. The entrance to the Library is in Stonemarket, remember? Since the glyphs are inactive, you'll have to use your climbing gloves to climb that wall up to a window above the glyph.
