Thief 3 on CD?

helloah, got a simple question really. Is thief out on CD ROM in the UK? I can only find the DVD edition, and don't want to shell out on one of those just yet :-/

Nope the european release is DVD only. You will have to order from USA which has the CD version of thief 3.

It's only on DVD in the uk as stated above.

I wondered why they had done this but when you think about it it's obvious.

In the US they only have one language to cater for. In Europe they have 4 or 5 that they used. Instead of making a set of cd's for each they put all the language versions on one DVD and you select the language you want at install.
