Pagan green runes?

I shot at that green fishy symbol(the one that can be found at docks and audale park) but nothing happen except moss growing on the floor, faction status didn't change, is that suppose to be the growing vine symbol or I mixed it up?(I have read that letter that bless my moss arrows already)

Yep, that's all they are. The cornerstones are completely different. (and almost frickin' invisible)
