How do I get there? I've been all over. I see the balcony in the atrium. And I tried the climbing gloves....but no luck....

Ok, in the musem where the three large gates are (the center atrium I believe), there will be a center gate. Take that one, go up and turn to your right. There will be a staircase leading up to the office, you cant miss it.
