Depends on how much you are willing to spend.
If you do not have that much to spend go for the nVidia FX 5900 XT, GREAT value for money, VERY close to nVdia FX 5900 Ultra, but at HALF the price. nVidia FX 5900 XT should be around 200 $

JUST TO GET AN IDEA
Or if you have the money:

Go for the GeForce FX 5900XT.
Here's some info: Look at the frequencies for FX 5900 XT, very close to Ultra and at the performance:

Just keep in mind that on Nvidia cards XT means crippled, whereas on ATI cards XT means top of the line. A 5900XT is a gimped version of the 5900. If you can't afford a regular 5900 then I suppose it's not bad. Just wanted to make sure you realized what the XT meant. I use a 5900 Ultra and the game ran fine with all details on max, bloom off, vsynch on (i HATE screen tearing), and at 1024x768.
