B.H. Arrows clipping through mobs

this is a lame bug. line up for a kill shot with a broadhead arrow and it flies through you target without scrathing him!

I've only encountered this once (spoiler for semi-late in the game)

When in the hag's lair,


The giant statue is prancing about, my fire arrows went straight through his chest, about 4 times, hit him just below the neck, but that was it. And I mean centre of the chest as the glow went straight through and hit the wall on the other side.
