I am not speaking light sparks that are seen when window lits an area, but darker blue dots that can be seen at some darker areas.
Are they as designed? They do not show if I use eye zoom, or at all areas. They are very visible in all cases, but I could not figure their purpose and I rather be without them.
I have Ati 4.4 Drivers and Radeon 9700 Pro.
