how to get out of the cradle

i have a big problem and i havent found post regarding it
i havent completed every objective in the cradle mission and now i'm supposed to get out of there, and believe me i'm more than happy to leave this freaking place
anyway, i cant find any open window in the staff tower and i'm stuck there
please help me

At the table in the staff tower where alot of men are sitting and taliking, there is the window you have to jump out of.

you mean i have to be in the past to see the open window?

Of course if you jump out in real life your dead :P Go into the past so the cradle thinks you died back then when you jump out, thus her memories of you vanishes.
