Trouble in Shalebridge *SPOILER*

Hey guys-

I am having trouble in shalebridge....

I can't find the dissolution solution. I read another post that said it was in the lobotomy room,on a cart, but its not there. I used the viktrola to enter the past, did anyone else? Do I have a corrupt save? i would like some help please

It's there. It's on the same table the silver instruments (special loot) were found, assuming you ran across those already. It's the treatment room closest to the morgue.
