Door Glyph upgrade

Where can i find Door Glyph upgrade?
I've searched this site for an answer, but
without succes. Can't find it.
My problem is:

I've met up with my fellow keepers in the graveyard
in old quarter and then it says that i have to go to keepers
library... how do i get in there without their magical doors thingy...

To get back into the Keeper Library, first you need the climbing gloves (you can buy them at the docks for 2000 gold). Then, return to the entrance or the library, and aboe the glyph symbol is a window you can climb up to. Enter through there.
