I am at the part where you get the "toys" from the cells and go back in the past...I have the birdhouse and cannot find the Balcony. Thanks...

Hi djavan!

When you enter the Inner Cradle, in one of the first rooms you come to you should see a ladder. It's directly ahead of you as you're walking along. Climb this ladder to get to the balcony.

Where else do you find the "toys". Do I have to go back and open up the cells to get the toys in white hall? I purposely didn't pick those locks so I could avoid anymore puppets.

I THINK (don't quote me on this, I didn't use this particular toy) you might find the wax mask over in one of the treatment rooms. I used the birdcage once and the blunt eating utensils once, and both were in the cells. I've seen a couple of others, again in the cells.

And what did you do with the blunt utensils? I have those too, and the birdcage and the mask.. Gonna look for the balcony first.

Unless they change the toys based on the difficulty level, I found the telescope in the same place as the nightgown, so I only had to open room #5 and make an easy trip to the Observatory.

Of course, before I actually found room #5's goodies, I unlocked one of the other rooms during my search, and before I could open it, the zombie inside opened it for me --- AAAAH!!!!

Now I know why the Cradle remembered me - it was that bucket load of poop that was scared out of me in White Hall.

I am playing on easy level for this mission on purpose because I don't like being so dang scared and creeped out. I actually managed to get every single toy and dropped all the puppets (I think) but now am left with only 2 flashbombs. Luckily I still have 5 Holy waters and a bunch of fire arrows. Will I need to drop more undead besides the puppets?

Also, while in the past obviously I have to sneak and not get caught in order to stay alive right? I can't kill the staff members right?

I've heard the numbers ranging between 4 and 9 for the "puppets", which are the only undead you'll run into.

And if you *really* want to know about the hospital staff:

You'll be able to kill them later

That helps, I tell you this mission is taking several years off my life. I feel sick while I am playing it.

Can you tell me where the diary is exactly so I can get it and get out of here?

In the past, it's up in the Nursery Tower. You'll also find the information on the hag up there.

I am there hiding now, is it in the room with the beds?

Yes. One of the atendents should be walking between them, stopping occasionally to check them. There's a podiem at the end of the room with a book that pertains to thr hag, and the diary's on the floor by it.

I think it was on the floor next to one of the beds on the right-hand side near the podium ... the right-hand side assuming you're on the "audience-end" of the podium.

EDIT: sorry tealsmith - missed your post - man, I *know* I'm not that slow..........
