I'am playing on expert level, and can't find third loot item. I have fount the statue and the bronze bug in the chest. Where is the third Item???

Above the Shamans room is a bed with a book on it. Read the book

Just look up in the rafters in the corner of the room above the bed, and the Precious Comb you will recieve.
