Xbox crash after cradle?

ive got the xbox version and ive just done the cradle mission and have gone to the keepers place and watched that cutscene, the one that wants you to go to you know whos lair... well now i cant go into stonemarket proper it crashes after a second or two just stops running...
anyone else get this?
