need 3rd special loot in keeper compound? (spoiler)

SPOILER]Hello, i have gone everywhere that i can find in the keeper compound including orland's room i cannot get more than 84% loot and only 2 special items can anyone help i have the two imbris antelects can anyone help me it sucks being stuck on a mission.[/SPOILER]

I think it's the room on the first floor past the council room, there's an higher alcove straight ahead, you need to mantle up the bookcases on either side and then jump in the alcove to grab the golden scales.
