So I beat the game, do I sit here and drool waiting for a Thief 4 to come out, or play it again (even though I already beat it on extreme my first time through :( )

Have you played the originals? There's a ton of fan missions for them - should keep you busy for a few years.

Yeah i'm still on pagan sanctuary :P Does that count as mission 3? or are that and the church counted as one mission together? I'm betting two i think?

Maybe you should challenge yourself. Go through on extreme and try to keep everyone consious( damn I hate that word ). Or limit yourself to one or two health potions going in to a level. Things like that.
