Random Lock-up...new cause.

Ok, at random, when going into scope mode (using sniper rifle or assassin pistol, and once going into bot dom mode) my entire system will lock. Only way out is to power down my system. This is not a huge problem because it is random (and rare), but it does happen enough that it is annoying. Other then this problem the game runs great. Anyone else having this trouble?

512 meg ddr
sb live 5.1
win xp pro(running the game in win 2k mode)
all drivers are updated...
game set to 1024*768, all settings to max, x2 multisampling,
(have tried lower res settings same prob)

Exactly the same here ... lock-ups are mostly connected to some changes in graphics, either using a zoom mode or using the eye enhancements.

I also tried the tricks described in the common problems thread (disable AGP writes, ...), but that did not help.
