The minigun is in Asylum Aftermath, behind a door locked with a card key. You can find the key in the level "The Wang Fou Incident". That means after you get the keycard, you have to replay the first level to access the minigun.

The PSM is awarded for getting Silent Assassin on the level "Hunter & Hunted".

You can find the Enforcer sniper in a couple of places in the Asylum Aftermath level, and also in the Meat King level. It's possibly in others as well, but I am not sure.

If I remember right, Dual deagles is reward for SA I think on the mansion mission #4 I think it is, where the butler serves whiskey and the guy next to the drinker has a single golden deagle.

Edit: I was wrong about the reward for that mission. Because I just checked a savegame and I don't have the double deagles. And I didn't get double sawn offs either lol.

nm found it. I got the double golden DE with dat card. Now the question still stands ...how do you get the minigun

ok heres all da card info you need
A)DR.ortmeyers or oatmeal or oscar myers key card is in lee hongs office on that car bomb mission theres no map so you gotta go by memory from lee hong assassination (its the room where he was weilding deadly posion s-word of death.
b)Mini-Gun:turn to right in one of the very first rooms in romania its w/ the barcode scaner, one of the wack jobs is holding it so kill him quick and get it (for once i didint feel bad for shootin one of dem goofy bastards in the face)
C) Duel Gold D-gals a bit before you get into the elevador to trave to the upper assylumn in romania its down a tiny set of stairs and its right there
P.S. theres some clone tanks in the D-gal room too check out the names.....berry berry off setting.
