Technical Problem - Anyone else have this issue with the PC version?

During the English Manor mission, whenever I die (as soon as the slow motion kicks in), the screen goes all white and I cannot get the game image back (I do still hear the sound). Sometimes I can press the Windows key and get back to the desktop, but usually I have to manually shut down and reboot. This is the first level of the game on which I have experienced this problem.

Specs:

3GHz P4
1024MB RAM
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB
SoundBlaster Audigy 2 ZS
Up-to-date DirectX 9.0b

Also, the sound seemed to be very crackly and snappy during the Meat King level...despite the fact that I have a SB Audigy 2 ZS that Eidos pimps all over the box of the game...:rolleyes:

I'm having a similar problem. The first time I died on the first level, I experienced the whiteout/blackout. Game crashed when I alt-tabbed out.

I have a GeForce4 Ti4200, athlon 2600, 1024 RAM, running XP.

I turned off post filtering and the game runs fine now.
