The fibre wire is an exquisite weapon, I'm sure we all agree.
However, one thing that would make it even better is if we would be able to control our movements during the strangulation, and afterwards. The wire could be kept around the neck and the victim could be dragged backwards directly instead of doing it all in a standstill, letting go and then having to grab once more.
As long as the mouse button is kept pressed, the wire should hang (hehe) on and be used to drag until the button is released.
What do you think? Wouldn't it be more streamlined and useful?
Also, I definately think that melee weapons need to be more effective outside of the instant kill usage. If you were get a combat knife or a sword right into your torso or across your face you probably wouldn't be able to run away for help or fight back. In the two first games (especially the first one, but not the katana, although they should be incapacitated after one slash) it feels like you're hitting them with those padded jousting sticks. ;)
