TRAOD - error message when I get to tomb of ancients

This is for the PC - After months of trying I've finally killed the ghost and got the painting. I've left the room and went down to the flooded hallway. As the screen shows it loading Tom of Ancients, my screen goes black and it kicks me out of the game and to the beginning. There was a window that appeared that said there was an error in a file, but I lost it before I could write it down. Please someone help me!

Does anyone know what this means?
