I've installed, patched everything I could find and done pretty much everything suggested in the assorted tweaking guides, and it's still noticable jerky in 640/480 w/ or w/o Bloom and/or multisampling.

Anyone?

Anyone?

It chews Homeworld 2 and Knights of the Old Republic up one side and down the other before spitting them out faster than the monitor refreshes (it's an old, cheap monitor) so I'm fairly sure it should be able to cope with a 640x480 display.
