I'm sure there are legions of people on this board, myself included, who would give their highest reccomendations towards Defiance if you have any doubts, but I understand the satisfaction you get from getting an up-close chance to play a game before you make the committment to buy it.

My big problem is that I broke my PS2 last fall, so I can`t rent it. This is the reason why I am asking you guys if you have anything that i could enjoy on a computer. Understand me, I am a neurotic fan of the series, so I have no doubt about buying this game regardless of what the general opinion would be (if the case was negative). You could compare this request to the desesparated attempts of an alcholic to find is liquor!
Note that I do not own a computer neither, when i make use of one it is either my friend`s or at work, which explain my unregular frequentation of this forum

I'm not Gad, but maybe I can help you.
Unfortunately, the game does'nt have Demo for the PC.
But you can do few :

A) Read about it.
B) Watch the Trailers.
C) Maybe you know someone that have working PS2 and you can ask him to show you Defiance?
D) Sometimes in Computer stores they will have Playstation 2 post where you can try some games.

Thats about all I can think about I guess :)
(And get a new Playstation 2 :)
