Graphics Problem

Hi,

I have the european release of DX IW. The problem is the graphics seem really screwed for some reason. When ever I move the screen flashes grey until i am stationary. I have tried changing various settings in deus ex and to my video card and there is no change. When I turn bloom on in DX all i get is grey. Heres my computer spec with all up to date drivers:

Windows XP Proffesional (SP1)

P4 2.4gHz C
Asus p4 C800 Deluxe Mother board (intel chipset 875)
512 MB Twin Mos DDR 400 dual channel Ram
120 Gig Maxtor Diamondplus 9 SATA HDD
Gainward Geforce FX 5600 Ultra (256 MB)
SB Audigy 2 Platinum Ex

Please help, I am normally pretty good with computers ( i built mine my self and only ever had a problem with this damn game!!!) but I do not know how to resolve this issue.

Ok, i finally got the game working after formatting the hdd and installing everything again. However, i am just finishing the first mission and when i try to use the elevator to exit, the game crashes, its the same when i try to save.

Take a look at 'For the Love of God...' thread. I'm having an extended dialogue with Catman (one of the Mods) about this problem. I actually think, between us, we're nailing an important problem - Eidos have started admitting there is a problem with the Euro DVD.
