Hi, ive just got a reply from German Edios Tech Support, and now i can play perfectly.
The Tip Was
please start the game in Win98/ME compatmode.
Right klick on the commandos3.exe, preferences, compatibility and choose an operating system.
Please start the game by double klicking the commandos3.exe in the game directory, don`t start it by using the desktop shortcut.
