stuck in Zodiac part 1

I have cleared all the CIA buildings, taken out the air defenses, and transmitted the encryption key but I can't find the way down to the MJ12 installation below. What have I overlooked?

Lucky for you, I recently finished that and still had my save games. :D

Hint: Check out the kitchen.

Specifically:



Go to the cafeteria and into the kitchen. (There's a light switch by the doorway.) There are three apparent refrigerator/freezer doors along the back wall. Open the middle one. I don't think there's any key or anything; if there is I don't remember that.
