well,I know it is not the good forum to post this,but it's the one that is the most consulted,so I ask my question here:

how can you enable cheats in H1 ?

and,more precisely,how can you enable cheat in EVERY games ?

I used to play on consoles since I began to play video games... now I have a computer but I don't know how to use cheats in PC's games...can someone help me ?

Hitman 1:

Search for a file called hitman.ini

open it and at the bottom add: Enable Console 1

Go into the game and hit the tilde key (~) to open the console

Type any of these cheats

God 1 = Godmode on + off
----------------------------} use 0 to disable these cheats.
Invisible 1 = Invisible on + off

giveall = All the weapons in the game

ip_timemultiplier ## = Slow down / speed up game play

to slow down game play, put a number less than 1 in (i.e. 0.1 or 0.01)
to speed up the game, put a number greater than 1 in (i.e. 3 or 5)

NOTE: Slowing down the game and using the sniper rifle may cause the game to crash. The physics do not stop when using a speed of 0.01 or around there. This makes the game contnualy process it, and it's too much.

These codes AND the "Enable Console 1" works for Hitman 2 as well.

ok,in all games,if I want to enable cheats,all I have to do is to search a file name ".... ini" ,right ?

and...I'm a hitman,but I 'd like to see if it's possible to have all weapons(some weapons aren't avalaible in some missions-like the Franchi PA3 215,for exemple:D),in order to slaughter every civilians,guards &Co with the weapon I love:) :D

besides,I hope that in H:Contracts there will be levels as the first mission in Malaisia (when you have to kill Charlie Sidjian in the Sauber-Petronas Towers)or the first mission in India,plenty of innocent civilians...Mmmm...M60 RULES !!! LOL

well...I have a problem...

I do exactly what was told me to do (search for Hitman.ini and write "Enable Console 1"),but when I hit the tilde key,nothing happens...

I tryed to see if I had not make a mistake by adding "EnableConsole 1" instead of Enable Console 1,but nothing has changed...cans someone help me ?

To enable the codes you must edit the Hitman.ini file. Open Hitman.ini with notepad or some type of text editor, then add a line that says "enableconsole 1". Now during the game press ~ (the key on the left side of the '1' key) to enter console mode.

well...it doesn't work at all...I do exactly what you told,but when I press the tilde key,nothing happen.

the fact is the tilde key is on the right side of the '2' key...I tryed to use the "Alt Gr" key in order to activate the ~,but nothing happened...

can someone help me ?

I have a question regarding cheats as well, I have beaten H2 many times and have gotten SA on most missions. I'm now looking for an Invisibility cheat for the Xbox version, anyone know where I can find one?

I really want to go undetected into areas i don't usually go and see what goes on in there.

I like the slowmotion button in H1. There weren't one in H2, right? It would be nice to have one in H3.

well,finally the cheats are fonctionning...that was an error concerning the button I have to press in order to activate the console : "²",not "~" :)
