Installshield 6002 error

Setup has experienced an error.

Please do the following:
- Close any running programs
- Empty your temporary folder
- Check your Internet connection (Internet-based Setups)

Then try to run the Setup Again.

any help?? i refuse to buy another.

EDIT: this is before the installer starts when it is initializing installshield.

I have the same error i I solve it follow the instrution in this link. So read it. I hope it helps.
