I was just playing BO2 and watching sme movies from it and something occured to me:

I just took a look at some other movies and images, it seems that Kain only has nipples in the rendered images but not ingame/fmv

and the same goes for Raziel (pre-fallen)

I noticed a mistake in the FMV I think on the third part of fighting the SL, Kain still had the Nexus Stone on his chest, even though he dropped it just before the second round LOL

I believe it is just the limit of the technology. Given the power of the current machines it would seem rather pointless to include such a minor detail as a belly button or a nipple. Does the character Kain have them? Yes he does. It has been depicted in pre-rendered images used for promotion, which you humans find so appealing. It is another form of art after all; but I am becoming sidetracked. Once the capacity is there to include such minor details you shall see them; but until then they shall remain trivial and space will be saved for more useful things.

I kinda like a man with nipples...but I think my undying love for Kain outweighs my opinion on him having them or not. **shrugs and sighs** oh well, I guess two less places for me to pinch and twist. :p

As for Umah having nipples, the larger version of the image appearing in my sig clearly shows the fact she has them. ;)

i was just playing through the eternal prison and i noticed a vocie over that laughs at kain when he does something, like turn a switch or open a door. and it sounds a lot like the elder god to me. and i dont think the nice people who made BO2 would have done this by mistake. so maybe he has something to do with the eternal prison?

About Kain's hair, some of the Soul Reaver artwork actually shows Kain bald I'm pretty sure.

I think it is something to do with the egg in the womb starting off as female and turning into male (not all the time, obviously :)) still keeps the parts of the original makeup into it's development. Also, male nipples can have a use in the same way as female ones, but I really don't want to start talking about that side of things :whistle:
